Spotty Quality
As a nomadic spiritual explorer mostly in India, Nepal etc Isobaa has been the main brand in my bag and on my body for several years. In general I really enjoy and appreciate the quality and material - alas, there have also been a decent amount of times where the clothes don’t live up to what they should.
The elastic band of these boxers began stretching out within a handful of months of normal use, to now where they fall off my hips. This had already occurred with a pair of the shorter boxer briefs which were refunded under warranty.
This pair also has a long stretch line and hole in the back again from normal use.
I really hope Isobaa clears up these quality issues so that they stay afloat and continue providing top quality gear. It’d be too bad to see them go under for unreliable quality.

The boxer shorts fit well and are nice and comfy. The benefits of merino wool come in handy too!!
Having received my first Isobaa order of these and two t shirts, Ive now placed another order for more t shirts and a pair of shorts
Peep hole is better than over the counter.
I was a bit wary of woollen briefs. I thought they might be itchy as I'm quite sensitive to wool usually but I was really wrong, these are super comfy!
To be honest, I didn't expect to be this excited about a pair of boxers, but here we are. Isobaa's merino boxers have completely ruined all my other underwear for me.
The comfort is on another level. I put them on once and they immediately became my daily wear. They are soft, non-restrictive, and you genuinely forget you're wearing them. But the real standout is the odour resistance. Merino does something almost magical in that department and these are the proof.
I'm now in the process of replacing every pair of boxers I own with these. That's not something I ever thought I'd say about underwear, but Isobaa have made it very easy to justify. Absolutely brilliant.

People with very sensitive skin may find them scratchy. I notice it but put it out of mind and find them very comfortable, even in hotter weather.

I buy my husband 2 to 3 pairs every Chritmas. He loves them and won't wear anything else.
My partner has an ever expanding collection of Isobaa goodies now, including the boxers which I have bought another pair in a new colour. He loves the feel and the warmth without the bulk.
After trying other brands of merino underwear these are my go to boxers. Very comfortable and superb fit. Have had a number pairs for some time. With correct washing using merino specific wash liquid and no softener they have retained shape and soft feel. No piling of fabric. Expensive -yes, but investment is worth it (occasional sale offers worth looking out for).

I purchased 4 pairs of these boxers last year and overall they have held up pretty well. The waist band did lose its shape quickly (looks like a cooked piece of bacon) but did not get worse and still functions fine. Whole started to appear in the crotch after about 10 months but that’s about what you’d expect.

To get a looser "boxer" look and feel I ordered an L ( I normally wear S maybe M in other brands W-31) . Comfortable out of the box and after washes. What sets these apart is the weight of the fabric, quality of the sewing, and the comfort of the waist band. I have tried several brands of merino wool over the years, and many (even Patagonia) made boxers that are too thin to holdup against multiple washes . Isobaa boxers can be worn for several days without becoming unpleasant ,thus excellent for travel .

I bought some hiking socks and some merino boxers. The quality is great and they wash well without losing their shape or shrinking. (I do wash them on a low setting with a wool detergent as well).This is my second purchase of these items, basically to stock up! They're great for everyday wear as well as more outdoorsy activities. Highly recommended
Nice quality boxers, but they feel a bit baggy and big for medium, and every other piece of clothing I wear and buy as medium fits nicely.
